A new knife can be a great addition to your kitchen. Recently, I came across the Shun Premier Nakiri Knife and am loving it! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it is also extremely sharp and durable.

It has held up well against all of my chopping tasks so far–from slicing carrots for soup to cutting pork chops for dinner.
